Recently an image of Nokia’s wireless charging pad for the upcoming Lumia consisting of Windows Phone 8 has been leaked, seemingly confirming that not only the flagship model will support wire free recharging. The information was shared by evleaks, and coming only hours after whispers that the Lumia 920 PureView would have wireless charging, the image shows a roughly phone-sized puck onto which the handset drops. Recently it was reported that Nokia’s new Windows Phone 8 smartphone line up which consists of  the Lumia 920 and Lumia 820, has been leaked, showing slick unibody devices running Microsoft’s refreshed OS. The two apparent press images were shared by evleaks (2), along with some basic specs, and it’s the Lumia 920 that we’re most excited about: it will apparently be the first Nokia Windows Phone to bear PureView branding. Recently nokia has released a significant software update of Nokia Belle to their Symbian series devices. This update is ready to be applied on some of the popular Nokia smartphones which includes the Nokia N8, Nokia E7, Nokia C7, Nokia C6-01, Nokia X7 and Nokia Oro. World famous telecom equipment manufacturer Nokia Siemens Networks (NSN)  recently reported a there’s a 78 per cent increase in 3G data services traffic between December 2011 and June 2012. So now this report is for sure to put rest of the telecom companies to think of providing 3G service and implementing it. The report says that if mobile data traffic continue to grow like this then, it would be double by June 2013 also data traffic on 2G networks grew by 47 per cent. (more…)

Nokia has launched two new mobile phones under the Asha series of phones, Asha 305 and Asha 311. Both the phones are loaded with cloud accelerated Nokia browser which compresses the data up to 85%. This helps the browser in browsing the Internet not only fast but also with lower spend on data charges.
