SKYFALL is the twenty-third spy movie in the James Bond series. Its Daniel Craig’s third performance as James Bond and Javier Bardem as Raoul Silva, the villain of the movie. The movie was produced by Eon Productions for MGM, Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment. This movie was written by John Logan, Neal Puvis and Robert Wade and directed by Sam Mendes.
The movie plots an Operation which ends in Disaster in Istanbul where james Bond goes missing and is assumed to be dead by MI6. In these circumstances the identies of the MI6 Undercover agents gets leaked on Internet due to which all agents life comes in danger. M (Head of MI6) becomes a subject of Government review over her capability and responsibility in handling of situations. In such tough situations the agency is attacked with Bond’s Reappearance which gives M the pretext about the need to search for the Villan, Raoul Silva, who claims to have connection with both Bond and M in the past.

The movie will have its premiere on 23 October 2012 and will be released on 26 October 2012 in the United Kingdom. This is the first movie from James Bond Series which will be released in IMAX venues.
In the month of August 2011, many news news website reposted a rumour that the upcoming movie of James Bond was titlled as Carte Blanche. But on 3 October 2011, fifteen domain names including ‘jamesbond-skyfall.com’and’ skyfallthefilm.com’ were reported to be registered on behalf of MGM and Sony Pictures by internet brand-protection service MarkMoniter. This led to entitled as “SKYFALL”. On the November Press Confrence , Barbara Broccoli, the co-producer confirmed the Tittle.
First, It was planned to shoot some scenes in India, with some scene shot in the Sarojina Nagar district of New Delhi and on railway lines between Goa and Ahmedabad. But uthe Konkan Railway section didn’t gave permission for it. Then the crew finnaly decided to shoot in Istanbul. Movie was shoot in Sultanahmet Square in Istanbul, the Hagia Sofia museum, the city of Fethiye and the Varda railway bridge near Adana. Some sceenes were also shoot in In “Shanghai” and other parts of China. Some scenes were aslo shoot in Hashima Island, an abanoned island off the coast of Nagasaki.
