Recently Huawei has announced the launch of its WiFi data card termed as Huawei E355. This Wi-Fi modem has the capabilities of functioning both as a data card and as a mobile Wi-Fi hotspot. Apart from that it can simultaneously connect up to five Wi-Fi-enabled devices. The Huawei E355 Wi-Fi modem has anĀ a USB interface for easy implementation. It also uses the flexibility of powering with a variety of USB chargers. This device is claimed to offer faster HSPA+ 21 Mbps DL and 5.76Mbps UL speed.
The company says that it is equipped with the Type3i technology that provides up to 20 per cent more upload and download speed compared to non Type3i devices thereby allowing users to experience faster browsing speed even if they are not in proper signal conditions or facing congestion in network.
In July this year, Huawei launched the HiLink data Card E303Cs that is touted to connect users to the Internet in as little as 15 seconds after the data card is inserted into the USB port, without the need for a tedious dial-in process, driver installation or manual configuration. This is up to 75% faster than products currently on the market. Apart from all that it is priced at just rupees 5499/-
