Yesterday, Microsoft ended all coding to integrate the operating system, placing it in the RTM status and RTM stands for “released to manufacturing”. What this state is already partners may be preparing Windows 8 teams so they can use the new Microsoft.
With this announcement, Microsoft announced that developers can now be creating applications for this operating system as they will have all the tools to design, develop and sell their applications.
