The upcoming Sony Xperia Android tablet 9.4 inch display, Surface-like Keyboard expected to be officially announced by the September 2012. The Sony 9.4 inch Android tablet image is taken from the site xdadeveleper.com. It is said that, the upcoming Sony Android tablet will be the successor to the Sony Tablet S.
The new Sony Android tablet features a 9.4-inch display screen and powered by a Tegra 3 processor. The tablet will run on Android 4.0 ICS OS or latter. According to its storage the tablet will available in three different options 16GB, 32GB, or 64GB of internal storage. The tablet will be 42 percent thinner than the Sony tablets which come with 10.1mm thickness.
The new Sony Android tablet expected to arrive with rumored price tags of Rs. 25,000, Rs. 30,000 and close to Rs. 35,000 for 16 GB, 32 GB and 64 GB respectively.
