How to Save your Social Media Account before getting Hacked

Yesterday evening one of my friend called me and stated that he is in a deep trouble. I replied back whats the problem ? He then told me that he is being unable to access his Facebook Account. Then I advised him like before i have provided him with some of the Facebook Guides , I asked him to  make a querry mail regarding the problem to the Facebook Team. I assured him that his problem will soon be sort out. After an hour or two he again called me back and said that he had made the querry mail and had received a reply too.

I asked what they have sorted your problem, then he replied “NO”, I said then what does the reply mail suggests then. He said I am a bit distress and I am forwarding you the mail just go through it and he then hung up the call. Later I recieved a Mail from the same friend which contains the reply from the Facebook Team.

The Facebook Team replied,

“Our records show that you are responsible for creating malicious apps and spreading spam throughout the Facebook ecosystem. This is explicitly against our policies, and your account will not be restored. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. We strongly urge you to refrain from engaging in this type of abusive or spammy behavior on Facebook if you choose to create a new account“.

Then I called back my friend and said that they have actually deleted your account and he then replied that “I was having lots of contacts Pics and other valuable data other than these were my valuable long distance relationships now all are in vain”. I was speechless and realised that a person begs for the account to get restored so that he can get his datas as well as his relations back but what, nothing can be done in this matter.I thought on the matter whole night and made lots of research work on it and found out a solution that is creating backup for the Facebook Account. In case your account gets hacked or deleted for some means then you can use your backup file to restore all datas.
