Staples is offering free shipping on Google’s Nexus 7 pre-sales. This also confirmed that Google’s Nexus 7 is now available for pre-sale. The site is listing only the 16 GB version which is selling at $249 with $18 tax at checkout with free shipping.

The Nexus 7 is the maiden tablet by Google which is loaded with the latest version of Android which is “Android 4.1 Jelly Bean”. It is also desgined with a “Quad-Core Tegra 3 Processor” which is powered by a 1 GB RAM and a 4325 mAh Battery which supplies back up upto 8 hrs. It is also featured with a 7″ 1280×800 HD Display, NFC (Android Beam), 8GB or 16GB internal memory, 1.2MP Front Camera, Wi-Fi, GPS, Micro USB JAck, etc. It weighs around 340 gm. This tablet is devoid of back camera which is “cost-cutting” & a smart move by Google

It also revealed that Nexus 7 is scheduled to get delivered between July12 and July 17 for Pre-purchase of the 16GB version Online. Where as the 8 GB Model will be sold at retail outlets at $199 plus tax.
