We all love to set our favourite pics or images as our wallpaper, how about setting your favourite video or movie as your wallpaper and not only that, you shall also be able to use all your icons side by side. This amazing feature is avalaible on VLC media player.
At first you need VLC media player on your computer. If you don’t have it then you can also download it for free on internet and then install it on your computer. Now open VLC media player, Select “Tools”, a drop-down menu will appear then select “Preferences”.
Then the preference settings shall appear on your screen, then select “video” option on the left. Then the video settings shall appear on screen. Then select “output” option on it, a drop-down list shall appear then select “DirectX video output”. Then save your settings by “save” option on the bottom line of the menu. Then close VLC media player.
Now again open VLC media player, Play a video or your favorite one, right click on the screen a drop-down menu will appear, select “video” and then “Set video as Wallpaper” or “DirectX Wallpaper”.
Then Minimize VLC media player and enjoy working on your computer as well as playing video as your desktop wallpaper. And if you want your wallpaper back onto your desktop just maximise your VLC media player and close it, then the video shall disappear from the background and your old wallpaper shall appear again.
So move on and enjoy playing your favourite video as your wallpaper and simultaneously work on your computer.
