The search engine giant Google has planned to bring 3D maps in this year. Google brings the three dimensional maps for all most of all cities and plans to provide 3D maps of all cities in coming future. Initially Google covers 3D maps for metropolitan with a combined population of 300 million people. So you can enjoy Google 3D maps on your smartphones soon in future.
Google Earth product manager Peter Birch said, “We’re trying to create the illusion that you’re just flying over the city, almost as if you were in your own personal helicopter.” To create 3D maps Google has deployed a fleet of small, camera-equipped airplanes above several cities. So just wait to enjoy Google 3D maps on smartphone soon.
