Google Regards Robert ‘Bob’ Moog with a Synthesizer Doodle

Most of the time Google honours to someone or to an event with its Doodle. Today Google honors an American pioneer of electronic music or founder of Moog Music Robert ‘Bob’ Moog with Google Doodle. The Robert ‘Bob’ Moog is best known as the inventor of the Moog synthesizer. Today is the 78th birthday of Robert ‘Bob’ Moog. So on his birthday Google regards this great person with a Synthesizer Doodle.

Robert ‘Bob’ Moog was born on May 23, 1934 in New York and died on August 21, 2005. He began his career in building electronic musical instruments from his early-age. Let I clear you that a synthesizer is an electronic instrument capable of producing a wide range of sounds that generate electric signals to sound through the loudspeakers or headphones. The synthesizers can be played via a variety of different input devices including keyboards, music sequencers and instrument controllers.

Today you can play the Synthesizer on Google’s home page. The Moog synthesizer on the Google home page comes with a digital 24-key keyboard. You can not only play it but also can create your own music using volume, mixer, oscillators and envelope. You can record music created by your own and share it on the Moog Google doodle synthesizer on Google Plus. After recording you have also a play option to play the music.
