   Thanks for the software! However, I have tried a lot of Acatel PC Suites and this one is no different. It will not work with my Win 7 (64bit ) PC. When I plug in my Alcatel 981A phone in I always get device not reconized.

   Can you help me?

    Yes first you need to install PC suite on your devices and then start sync. If not happen click the below links of the Lava PC suite which update your mobile software and that will do the tricks. If not asked me again.

    I’m trying to connect a VM560 with Win7 64-bit. I tried PC Suite 7.0.18 for the 560d, but it complains it only works on 32-bit and won’t install the USB drivers. Is there a 64-bit version?

    Any idea when the 64-bit version will be available? The phones are presents for my daughters and it would be good to be able to download music into the memory card via USB and upload the photos to the PC.

    i tried to connect my Alcatel One Touch ot 813f using bluetooth to my p.c. and p.c. asked me a code that should came with the manual user, what is it? after installed pc suite 7.0.0 the program showed me that my phone is not connected, can oyu help me please?

    What you need to do just install the PC Suite on both devices. Then only you can inter exchange files or folders within mobile and PC.

    Code no way! Its free just it requires to install PC suite properly! That’s it! Once again you do uninstall and install it again! and say is they asking you anymore!

    Hi Pintu, I have an Alcatel OT-665 and have installed the PC Suite V 7.0.24. I cannot connect. I uninstalled and re installed making sure the driver was loaded. Still not connected.
    I checked the USB cable by upgrading the phone – successfully.
    Have you any ideas?
